Course Summary: DISC is a research based tool that allows organizations to better understand the diversity and inclusion amongst their employees. Through 1:1 coaching and or team building sessions with trained DISC instructors, individuals explore their values, behaviors, strengths and possible blind spots to gain both professional and personal awareness. Employees understand how these individual traits can affect both their workplace expectations and relationships.
