Joel Stadtlander is currently Director of Human Resources for AM/NS Calvert, a joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation.  Previously, Joel worked for ThyssenKrupp from 2008 until its purchase by AM/NS Calvert in 2014. He has also worked for New Era Cap in Jackson, Alabama, as well as Doris Lee Draperies in Huntsville, Alabama.
