Please join us for the next CGIA Best Practices Forum: Outage/Turnaround Maintenance hosted by Mississippi Power Company. We will discuss best practices related to planning & scheduling of outages & turnarounds, managing scope creep, efficient operations interface, large capital project integration, and optimizing contractor support.
How to manage planning milestones? How to determine what work to cut when resources become constrained? How to mitigate and manage scope creep while controlling the schedule? How to optimize the LOTO process within critical path schedule? What are common issues and how to mitigate them when integrating large capital projects? How owners can impact contractor performance?
