Wayne Tyson, WFD Manager for Turner Industries, dropped off 100 pounds of welding rods for the welding program at Bryant High School while visiting the Mobile area. The rods will be used in the welding classes at Bryant High School in Irvington Alabama. Ken Crenshaw, the instructor, has developed a top welding program at Bryant using his 25 plus years as a fabricator at Mitternight Inc. as a foundation for the skills his students need for success. Ken says his program could not be successful without donations of materials from partners like Turner Industries. Mr. Crenshaw and his students are very appreciative for the industry connections that CGIA has created.
